Refund policy – Modini Shop España

Refund policy

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

RETURNS

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Processing times can often cause a delay before a refund is issued.

PROMOTIONAL OR SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, promotional or sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@modinishop.com and send your product to:

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the amount of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient received the order at a later time, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified about the return.

SHIPPING

To return a product, please send it to:

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned merchandise.
