Refund policy
Our returns policy lasts 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in the same condition in which it was received, including the original packaging.
⚠️ Important:
Communion, ceremony and christening dresses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically using the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is completed.

Sale or Promotional Items
Refunds are only available for items purchased at the regular price.
Sale or promotional items are non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return once the returned item has been received and approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any applicable shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
