Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Various types of goods are non-refundable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are not reimbursable. We also do not accept intimate or hygienic products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any product is not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons unrelated to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the money will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refund
If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the return is shipped. Promotional position or sale
Returns can only be made at regular prices, unfortunately it is impossible to get a refund on promotional items.

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and was given directly to you, you'll receive bonuses in the amount of your return. As soon as the returned products are received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift at checkout, or the gift recipient received an order that was shipped to them at a later time, we'll send a refund to the gift recipient and they'll find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, your refund will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time during which your exchanged product can reach you may vary.
If you send more than €75, you must use the delivery tracking service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned merchandise.
