How It Works
Earn points every time you shop with us, either online or in our boutique in the heart of Barcelona.
● Por cada 100 € gastados, ganarás 10 Puntos Modini.
● Al obtener 100 puntos, puedes canjearlos en línea al momento de pagar tu próxima compra. Compra mínima: 500 €.
● También puedes ganar puntos adicionales por acciones especiales, como celebrar cumpleaños (15 puntos), recomendar a un amigo (10 puntos), suscribirse a nuestros redes sociales (5 puntos) o dejar una reseña (5 puntos).

How to Join the Loyalty Program?
● Para unirte, simplemente entra a través de [My Account] o contacta a nuestro equipo de atención al cliente.
● New customers can join by creating their account.
● ¿Quieres darte de baja? Puedes hacerlo en cualquier momento contactando con atención al cliente.
IMPORTANT: when you unsubscribe, all accumulated points will be deleted and you will no longer receive communications from the program. You can rejoin by contacting customer service, and any unexpired points will be restored.
Redeem your Points
¿Listo para usar tus puntos? Convierte los puntos en un cupón de descuento: 100 points = 100 € de descuento en tu próximo pedido. Así de simple.
1. Entra en tu perfil -> Programa de Recompensas y haz clic en el botón "Canjear".
2. El sistema generará un cupón de descuento. Haz clic en el botón "Aplicar" para usarlo al momento de pagar tu próximo pedido.

🔁 Reward Levels
● Los niveles se basan en tu gasto acumulado en último año (menos devoluciones).
● When you reach a threshold, your level will be automatically updated.
● You may be downgraded if your total expenditure decreases.
● Downgrades take effect after a 28-day review period.
🎁 Rewards Policy
● Rewards are set by Modini and may change without notice.
● Points are not transferable between accounts.
● They have no monetary value and cannot be sold, bought or exchanged.
Note: points earned at one level do not carry over when changing levels.
⚠️ Important
● Discounts cannot be used on sale items or combined with other promotional codes.
● Modini se reserva el derecho de modificar, pausar o cancelar el programa en cualquier momento.
● Any misuse, fraud or violation of terms may result in account closure and loss of rewards.
